The muscles that balance out the anterior pull on the sacrum are the glutes. Unfortunately, these days many of us have weak gluteal muscles due to lack of use. A proper Kegel includes fully relaxing; letting the muscles go completely soft, and letting your mind go with it. As easy as it is to put every one together, people are so different, postural issues are very individual.
